I wazs buying this backpack to take on a trip with me. One of the best investments ever. I was trying to time it perfectly as far as shipping as to when it would get here. I was sending constant emails back and forth to the customer service. They were seriously AMAZING and answered any of my questions. Definitely would recommend this to anyone!! That backpack is beautiful and it is not a replica. SO glad I found this website!!!
